Ordered 12/31 Tracking received 1/6 Still showing only "label created" but no movement. Rep says it's normal, just wondering what other people's experience is?

This is normal. The website will only update the status after your package has been picked up in your country. Until then, you can contact your sales representative to check on the status of your package in China.
