No, ordered 1/30 no movement to the US yet. Same entry Ontario, CA.

Yes, I asked on Monday and was to told to be patient which is understandable. Hoping to get some sort of update this coming week.

No, FedEx only gets the package once it arrives in the US and I think that’s the only company they use

Wow it’s been a month, perhaps they’re still working on packaging the product since many people ordered or waiting on factory inventory to come

I ordered this day also. I was told it went thru a second inspection and I know it’s sooo out of anyone’s control. Just didn’t expect to be here a month later with nothing still.
