Does anyone know what's going on?

Same issue. It’s stuck in China somewhere. According to BBA support (@BBA_Mia) is waiting to get on a flight.

My package. Is supposed to be shipped to Canada. I ordered on Feb 5, and the package has not yet left China. Frustrating!

I ordered significantly before the Chinese new year and still have not received any updates. I ordered 1/26

My tracking still shows “label created” on the 29th of Jan. Longest I’ve waited on a BBA package. Rep said it’s clearing customs, so who knows.

Same here. Ordered 1/26 to US and was told I’m ordering before CNY craziness

No update besides “label created” on 1/26

Well tracking typically won’t move until right before the package comes in. If you received tracking, I’m sure they sent it off. Never know though.
