I also ordered right before the holidays and there is no sign of my package.

Same issue. It’s stuck in China somewhere. According to BBA support (@BBA_Mia) is waiting to get on a flight.

My package. Is supposed to be shipped to Canada. I ordered on Feb 5, and the package has not yet left China. Frustrating!

My tracking still shows “label created” on the 29th of Jan. Longest I’ve waited on a BBA package. Rep said it’s clearing customs, so who knows.

Well tracking typically won’t move until right before the package comes in. If you received tracking, I’m sure they sent it off. Never know though.
