How long do we have to wait before we can get a reship/refund?

How long do we have to wait before we can get a reship/refund? I have been waiting for 10 weeks now.

I would ask them, I've have packages reshipped and never had to wait that long. Maybe a month with no movement and they would reship. But it was not this vendor. I would just on them about it.
