paid order 4/7/2026 haven’t recieved any update yet of my order 4/18/2026 has anybody experienced this and how much longer til i get an update?

When you say you haven't gotten an update, do you mean no tracking number at all, or just that the tracking isn't updating? If it's the former, definitely reach out to your rep. Tracking is usually provided within a day or two. If it's the latter, I'm waiting since 3/25 with no tracking updates since 4/2. Still shows Awaiting flight / flight being arranged. That said, my last order also showed stalled for 2 weeks, then just showed up at my door, so I'm not worried yet.

Yeah, everyone is having the same issue right now. It seems that one month transit is the new normal. I wouldn't worry just yet.
