You all are better than me. I’m going on week 5 with basically no update

@BBA_Mia, let me start by saying I appreciate what you do here and I know you are not in operations and this is no way your fault, but I do know you have a certain influence on things here so wanted to get your thoughts: When are we safely assuming that the freight forwarder has lost all of these shipments that are over a month old sitting in their 'warehouse' (prly someone's living room) that were supposed to be resolved this week? My rep has reached out to them multiple times and they keep saying "it has not received a new tracking number yet but will soon" Were these not supposed to be a priority? Sorry I'm just feeling a certain type of way because I keep getting told to be patient while the goalpost keeps moving back.

Unfortunately BBA support (@BBA_Mia) has the information, they can only act on what the freight says it's fucked but it is what it is unfortunately.

This is getting unreal, especially since we were told it would be "resolved" this week

All I know is when my package finally does arrive I am making an unboxing video, because I can almost guarantee with this shit show I'm gonna get some poor's solo kit of R5 instead of my order. TF you guys out here ordering 1 kit of R5 at a time for anyway?!?!

What does this mean?

An update for my order (China to EU). Because the packages weren't successfully shipped before due to Chinese regulations, they got returned. The freight forwarder said they should sent them again. I got a new tracking 2 days ago. I ordered 04/07

Made another order today and I hope for the best
