Question: Tracking saying “info received, package waiting to be picked up”. Does that mean label was created but the package hasnt actually been shipped? Just curious to understand what the trqcking means

My rep said the freight forwarder said that my package has arrived in the United States but when I search 17 track with the tracking number she gave me it doesn't look like there's any activities

Apparently the freight forwarder has their own tracking. Making the tracking number that I got absolutely useless
