I'm very confused by what I see in the landed orders section - I placed an order 4/6 to USA. Half my order arrived weeks ago, and the other half is still in China. I see many others receiving orders placed well after mine. What's going on? Can anyone shed some light on this? @BBA_Mia ?

Your rep can, I assume it was split due to the size of it, or perhaps it included something out of stock which should have been communicated with you anyway

I think BBA is part of the club. Welcome my friend, there is a collection of us here who come to this channel once or twice a week to rage about our delays. Been waiting since March 27th myself and I have on good authority that a 29 year old blind dog named Patches is my freight forwarder. Feel free to scream into the proverbial pillow with us

I see many orders that were placed after mine arrive. I'm not angry about the hold up, shit happens. I'm really more interested in getting some clarity so I can make a better decision about what to do next.

Currently, most transportation services have returned to normal. However, due to unforeseen circumstances, some parcels may undergo inspection and be reshipped. We will make reasonable arrangements for you,if unexpected things happen. so basically everything is generally good.If you have any questions, please feel free to dm for further questions❤️

Mia's responses have been, it's taken a flight, it's in customs, and now waiting for local carrier to pick it up. I hope this means that it is in the US and made it through customs and is waiting for USPS to pick it up. Although it has disappeared from my USPS informed delivery app.
