Are orders refunded / reshipped if it gets seized ?
I’ve had my tracking number for 2 weeks and 17track & parcelsapp are STILL showing no data/error messages etc.. according to my rep my parcel was on a scheduled flight to Aus a few days ago. Anyone experience this?
Yes, pretty much the same here. I’ve been assured that once it clears customs here (aus) the tracking will be able to be followed. Fingers crossed 😀
Mia showed me an update from their end that my package cleared Aus customs this morning at 8am, but my tracking number still says “unknown” everywhere including auspost website
I would give it a couple of days. Thats a great sign it’s cleared customs.
I was told my tracking won’t work until it has cleared custom in the home country it’s going too. Mia said if I ever had any questions where it is she can look it up on her end.
My package cleared customs over 5 days ago according to my rep, I still can’t track it.
