Don’t think there’s such thing as parcels stuck in customs

Not sure if it’s customs but I received my tracking 11 days ago and the number is still showing unconfirmed.

Likely won’t be ‘stuck in customs’ More likely seized

Yeah, have 3 showing the same as yours Never had it happen before either but it’s nothing to stress over It’ll come, just can’t see when 😂 If you’re worried, ask you rep for updates They can message freight forwarder and see where it is

That eases my mind. Yeah my rep has assured me it’s all good, I’m trusting the process 😂

It has been 9 days now and nothing moved

Mine has just shown up in Aus Post tracking but it’s saying pending?

It’s landed in Aus and going through customs inspection

Mine has also changed from unconfirmed to pending.

Mine has just changed to pending also but mine cleared customs 6 days ago according to Mia, and was at the sorting centre in Sydney on Friday. No further updates since then, but tracking number wasn’t working this morning at all, now it says pending

Did your auspost tracking ever actually update when you received it lol, I’m in the same boat as you were before 😅

So the day after I went to the local PO and they told me I was being lied to and it hadn’t even been physically lodged these were the updates I got, bottom to top

That happened fast haha
