Has anyone had any order delays? I placed an order for 6kits of h36 1kit of R50 and 3kits of ghk cu from Mia bai 15 days ago and the order hasn’t even shipped yet is this normal?

I did she keeps saying that it will ship tmrw for like the past week and nothing has happened

Dear, since the package got returned by Chinese customs, we've been waiting for it to be resent and for a new tracking number to be provided. I've been pushing the freight forwarder to verify this and give me the information, and I apologize for the delay. I'll keep keeping you updated on the package's progress
