I never use moisturizer. Is that bad? My skin is extremely oily and whenever I use moisturizer I feel like it just makes it worse.

You can use exosomes, it supports regeneration and collagen production. You can use niacinamide after for inflammation and redness and avoid all retinoids, they’re too harsh and irritating to be used after micro needling

Yep even with best transdermal systems, anything above 350 daltons is going to be very low % of actually absorbed
