Yeah tbh I think sometimes over fixate on body fat percentages when in reality they’re irrelevant it’s just about the look

I used to do this to, just speaking from personal experience but when I cut the protein to 2g/kg bw (that is from direct sources) and increased the carbs life was a lot better

Even I maintained my strength when I used to have 300g protein but just my pumps and energy levels much better

I think as long as your with the .8 to
1.2 range you’ll be fine

Even if you over eat protein your body will use what’s not needed as fuel anyways

Also here is a 3 weeks comparison, i stalled at 90.0kg but still lost fat, the scale is just a tool. Pictures say more

Especially on gear to the scale is even less reliable imo
