You want more potassium than sodium shun

1:1 is a shit ratio. Especially if you’re using HGH. Considering you’re using HGH, a 1:1 ratio makes you sodium dominant which increases water retention, etc.

I prefer a 1:3 sodium to potassium ratio. Potassium helps excrete excess sodium. Taurine also helps to regulate the exchange of sodium and potassium between cells

Shit ratio, especially on HGH and especially for someone who admitted to sensitivity re side effects.

You did say you track electrolytes “like clockwork” so I do wonder why I’m getting estimates instead of accurate figures lol

I eat the same food consistently and electrolytes mostly so it’s pretty consistent, I just found I prefer 1:2 ish ratio, body feels fine with it

If I do 3iu off the bat I get water, if I do 1iu and titrate up I see no difference in water retention
